Update of Worldwide Hydrogen Promotion Organization Hydrogen Council's Actions | ||
| Hydrogen Council was initiated in early '17 with 13 companies now increases to 53 companies including Chinese and new industries such as Electricity and Aviation. It actions varies from publishing first quantitative report "Hydrogen Scaling Up" toward decarbonized society to co-organize the international ministerial meeting in order to discuss the role of hydrogen in the coming decarbonized society. In this session those actions update and progress will be presented. | ||

| After becoming the largest market and producer of battery electric vehicles, China is shifting its R&D efforts to hydrogen and fuel cell. Prof. Jianbo Zhang obtained his Doctoral Degree in Aerodynamics in the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2000. After that, he worked in Nissan Research Center, Japan, for 11 years in the field of fuel cell and lithium-ion battery. He is now a professor in the Dept. of Automotive Engineering of Tsinghua University, China, studying electrochemical power sources for the electric vehicles. | ||
