Graduated from the Faculty of Business and Commerce at Keio University in March, 1985. Joined Kirin Holdings Co., Ltd. in April, 1985. After experiencing sales, corporate planning, and a position of National Foods (Australia) Marketing Planning Manager, Hideki Horiguchi became President & CEO at Four Roses Distillery LLC (USA) in 2009, and President & CEO at Koiwai Dairy Products Co., Ltd. in 2014. He started the current position in March, 2016.

After becoming the President of Coca-Cola East Japan Co., Ltd., Calin Dragan merged the five Coca-Cola group companies with miraculous speed. After Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc. was established, with his abundant management experience at Bottlers overseas as well as his experience at Bottlers in Japan, Calin is currently carrying out the transformation of the east and west Bottlers since March 2019.

Joined Coca-Cola Leventis in 1993. Joined Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. in January 2001. Became the General Manager and Administrator in charge of Romania and Republic of Moldova at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. Became the Representative Director and Vice President at Coca-Cola West Co., Ltd. in March 2012, and then became the Representative Director and President at Coca-Cola East Japan Co., Ltd in July 2013. After worked as the President at the Coca-Cola Company Bottling Investments Group, took the current position in March 2019. Calin Dragan has the vast experience at Coca-Cola companies worldwide.

Thomas Stridsberg is a Sustainability Director at Tetra Pak. He is responsible for supporting Tetra Pak's international client's and their sustainability programmes.
In his daily job he meets food and beverage companies to discuss how to best meet the new challenges posed by consumers and regulation on beverage packaging. He has a broad international experience having lived and worked in Europe, Asia and Americas. Originating from, and currently residing in Sweden he has a special attachment to nature and sustainability.

The marine plastics problem, which was one of the major topics at the G20 Environment Ministers' Meeting, the Osaka Summit in June 2019, is gathering international attention, and requires a immediate response. Considering various requirements such as quality, safety and environmental load, we will discuss the prospects and challenges we have found from our serious initiatives as a beverage manufacturer.

Graduated from a university in March, 1993. In the university, Mituru Shibata studied the effects that air pollution has on forests. After experiencing sales in a housing manufacturer, he decided to specialize in the field of environment. He then gained some experience in an auditing company as an environmental consultant, and joined Coca-Cola (Japan) Company, Limited in 2007. Mituru relentlessly works on sustainable business activities in Japan from execution and management of business operation that is in line with the environmental management system (EMS) to industrial health and safety, by collaborating with bottling companies across Japan.

Graduated from National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan in June, 2001. After completing his military service, Ren Yen joined Far Eastern Textile Ltd. in February, 2003. At the beginning, he was in charge of sales in Japan in the Fiber Division at the headquarters in Taipei, then he was assigned to Far Eastern Industries (Shanghai) Ltd. After coming back to the headquarters of Far Eastern New Century Corporation in Taiwan in 2011, Ren became in charge of research for launching a PET recycling plant in Japan. In September, 2013, he was assigned to Far Eastern Ishizuka Green PET Corporation and became the General Manager in Sales.

Graduated from the College of Science and Engineering at Kanazawa University in March, 1975. Joined Shibuya Corporation. He was assigned to the Design Division and designed a bottle washing machine and pasteurizer. In 1982, he worked on the development of a servo capper, and entered the world of computers. Since then, he worked on information visualization of the filling and packaging systems. He developed a production management system in 1994.

Joined Kirin Holdings Co., Ltd. in 1995. In Kirin Brewery Yokohama and Kirin Brewery Sendai, Hideyuki Kiguchi worked on developing a bottling line and quality management as a filling and packaging engineer. After some experience at the headquarters, he started working as a packaging (filling and packaging process) manager in Kirin Brewery Toride in April, 2013. From April, 2017, he worked on craft beer-related operation at the Planning Division at the headquarters, especially managing the production of Tap Marché business, promoting cooperation with craft breweries across Japan, and supporting the development of a dispenser. He has been the leader of the Tap Marché business since April, 2019.

Joined Asahi Soft Drinks Co., Ltd. in April, 2000. After experiencing sales in the metropolitan area, he became in charge of major franchise supermarket accounts. From 2017, Daiju Kitagishi worked on their business strategies and mid-term business plan in the Corporate Planning Division. In 2019, he was assigned to the current division, where he promotes CSV activities.
