Honda's Activities toward the Hydrogen Society

Honda has been working on Fuel Cell Vehicle, Smart Hydrogen Station and mobile inverter based on the concept of "Generate", "Use", "Get connected" to create a Hydrogen Society. I will explain these latest status and outline future direction that take advantage of the characteristics of fuel cells.

Takashi Moriya joined Honda Motor in April 1981, and assigned to Honda R&D in September 1981.
Mainly engaged in the design of future engine, and engaged in research and development of fuel cell vehicle (FCV) from July 1995.
And then engaged FCV program manager, Manager of development division, Senior manager, Operation officer and Senior chief engineer from 2011.

Hyundai Motor Group Hydrogen Vision

HMG plans to produce 700,000 fuel-cell systems annually by 2030 including 500,000 units for Fuel Cell Vehicles and challenges to new businesses opportunities for Fuel Cell Systems beyond Automotive Industry.
