Toshiba announced its NextPlan in November 2018, declaring that they will make a change to a CPS technology enterprise towards 2030. For the last 10 years, cyber companies have been cultivating huge corporate value by collecting information through cyber to cyber. These companies are moving towards to the physical security side. Toshiba is trying to offer corporate value that these cyber companies have cultivated by utilizing information that comes from the physical security side. Jun He is the Vice President at TCL Holdings, CEO of Sky-tech, CEO of Getech, which is a new setup with the spinoff of internal IT and smart manufacturing resources. He also acts as the CIO of TCL group, leading TCL's digitalization and information revolution. He was promoted to the role in February 2018.
Prior to his current role, JUN was the head of Strategy and Strategic Partnership at Cisco China, monetizing all Cisco JV and investments in GC, as well as constructing strategic partnership in the context of driving the new technology landing in China market. He was also the head of Service Sales of Cisco GC and led the team transformation.
Before joining Cisco, JUN has spent years building career foundation among world- leading organizations like, inter alia, McKinsey & Company, IBM China and A.T Kearney.
JUN holds a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD Business School, as well as a Master in International Relations from John Hopkins University.

Roger Barga is General Manager, AWS Robotics and Autonomous Services at Amazon Web Services. Roger was previously General Manager and Director of Engineering for the Amazon Kinesis data streaming services. He is also an Affiliate Professor at the University of Washington, where he is a lecturer in the Data Science and Machine Learning programs. Roger holds a PhD in Computer Science from Oregon Institute of Technology. Barga holds over 30 patents, he has published over 100 peer-reviewed technical papers and book chapters, and authored a book on predictive analytics.
