NEXTAGE has been used for manual work on hundreds of factory lines in these 10 years. The newest product, "NEXTAGE Fillie", was released this spring with its compactness and dexterity required of humanoid robots and aims to support manual work in a wider range of worksites. In this presentation, we will discuss the expansion of the use of NEXTAGE and its future prospects as people's work styles change.
He joined Kawada Industries, Inc. in 2009. Since 2012, he has worked in the sales department of the Robotics Division. In 2015, he joined the planning department of Kawada Robotics Corp. and has been working on the business development of NEXTAGE, the collaborative humanoid robot.

In the changing environment surrounding manufacturing, we must increase productivity and change the way GENBA works by simple and investment-efficient automation, that is, "Lean Automation". We propose the expectations and issues from the standpoint of manufacturers and robot users.
Joined DENSO in 1983, engaged in process design and production system development for new products. Since 2006, he has been in the manufacturing department and machine equipment department, and is currently in charge of production system development at the Production Innovation Center.
